THE BRIGHTSIDE RACE

MODERN STAGE 6 · THE BRIGHTSIDE RACE

Make your next move.

Race a rival, all three personalities, or practise solo. Choose your goals and build a life in Brightside. Standard follows the full education path; Quick keeps the earlier 50-point race. Scores have a maximum of 100. Modern visits charge travel only. Earlier modes and saves remain available.

37 jobs · 9 employers · 11 qualifications
Visit Opportunity House to apply. The diner cook is guaranteed entry work. Food, rent, housing, clothing, banking, loans, work, study and shopping are active. This travel review autosaves separately from older games. A new start replaces this stage’s autosave only.

FOUR GOALS ACHIEVED

Game help

Time is your first budget.

Modern Mode visits charge walking only. At Mutual Bank, the Investment Desk accepts chosen cash amounts and Low, Medium or High Risk. Week 1 deposits receive their first return as Week 2 opens. Risk changes on funded accounts begin after the current week settles. Gains and losses are possible; withdrawals are required before shopping. Classic Mode keeps its previous entry rules and has no Modern risk-tier desk.

Visit Opportunity House and select the illustrated vacancy board. Browse nine employers, compare wages and requirements, and apply. Every attempt costs four hours, including a rejection. The diner cook is guaranteed entry work; factory roles require prior progress.

Travel to your employer and use the staff clock. Six hours pays eight times your listed hourly wage. A final partial session pays proportionally. Work adds experience and dependability below job/qualification caps; each new week loses three dependability. New jobs require applications, not automatic promotions. Reapply for your current role when its posted wage improves to request a raise.

At Brightside College, choose the course catalogue. Pay one enrolment fee, then take six-hour lessons; tuition is not charged per lesson. Two foundations open the eleven-course graph gradually. Ten lessons normally earn a qualification. A home computer reduces that to nine from the next week. You may optionally prepay enrolments before choosing future courses.

Thread & Thimble sells casual, dress and business clothing. Requirements govern working, not applying. Every owned clothing tier ages each week; buy replacements before it prevents earning. The adult sprite retains the approved casual presentation in this stage.

Gold nameplates indicate working services or your hired workplace. Basket & Bloom sells weekly groceries; a refrigerator keeps six units fresh. Corner Plate sells prepared food, which needs no storage; drinks do not count as meals. Missing food costs twenty hours next week, and illness can cost more. Brightside Housing handles rent in weeks 4, 8, 12? or an agreed extension. Missed rent becomes arrears and is collected from wages. Use the household book for due dates, balances and weekly reports. HomeSpark shopping and rest at your current home remain available.

Stage 4 autosaves separately after actions. Use Resume from the opening screen on this same local address. Tab/Enter select controls; city Left/Right cycles all places. Escape closes panels, then returns to the city. Reduced motion preserves costs. Food settlement, rent, housing and banking are active. Savings earn no interest; normal $50 loan payments clear $45 principal with a $5 charge. Opponents and victory remain for later approval. The normal labour/tuition market fluctuates; full economy shocks remain for later.
